We’re currently seeking a Hygiene Service Technician to join our Melbourne team. This role involves delivering scheduled hygiene services across client sites, following clear procedures, and maintaining the high standards Impact Hygiene is known for.

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic person to join our team as a Hygiene Service Technician. You don’t necessarily need prior experience in hygiene services.
What matters more is your attitude. If you enjoy being on the road, take pride in doing a job properly, and like working independently while still being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit.
We’re after someone who is customer-focused, motivated, and keen to learn. Training is provided.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Servicing washroom hygiene equipment across commercial sites
- Replacing and replenishing consumables such as sanitary bins, soap, paper products and air fresheners
- Installing and maintaining hygiene dispensers where required
- Completing scheduled service runs efficiently and safely
- Providing friendly, professional service when on client sites
- Following hygiene, safety, and company procedures
- Working independently across your daily run
- Other duties may be assigned as required
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who loves driving and being on the road
- Energetic and physically capable of hands-on work
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your own time
- Willingness to learn and follow set processes
- Comfortable working across a range of commercial environments
- Holds a valid Australian C-class driver’s licence (P1, P2 or O)
- Able to obtain a blue card and pass required criminal background checks if needed for client sites
- Comfortable working in washroom environments and handling hygiene waste as part of the role.
